Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- Below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days across India.
- You'll receive a confirmation email + an order tracking link via SMS.
- We currently ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon.
Returns & Exchanges
- 7-day return window from the day of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Innerwear, swimwear, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- To start a return, go to Dashboard → Orders → select the order → tap “Request Return”.
- Pickup is free — we'll schedule it within 2–3 business days of your request.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of pickup, to your original payment method.
Cancellations
- You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet from your Orders page.
- Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Cancellations after dispatch will be treated as a return.
